The President wants us to pour $87 Billion more into Iraq to cover his ass for sending 300 Americans and thousands of Iraqis to their pre-mature deaths for reasons (I'm talking the real reasons, not the fabricated proven-false reasons he has) that he doesn't want to share with the people (i.e. We the People) who are giving the government the money that he wants to spend. $87 Billion. Just remember next November what's more important: Stopping a spectre of terrorism that turned out to be nothing more than a vapor or education, the environment, and a safety net. I have been wrong for believing there weren't any differences between Republicans and Democrats -- Gore would have spent MY money much more productively.

Of course, there's hope that the majority of Americans are beginning to pull their heads out of the sand and see the truth, as some 60% don't like the idea, and more believe that it should be paid for by tax rollbacks for the rich than any other suggestion.
